There are several ways you can send us your valuables. Simply request your personal shipping envelope with the accompanying letter, or use a DHL shipping label to send your items. You can find detailed instructions here.
Is the shipment of my valuables insured?
Send us your precious metals—including gold, silver, and platinum —and enjoy full insurance coverage. By default, the envelopes you send are insured for up to €2,500. To increase the insured amount, please use the secure transport service (insurance coverage from €3,000 to €1.5 million) or feel free to contact us via email, phone, or the contact form.
How long does it take to appraise my valuables?
To ensure we can properly appraise your valuables, we take a full 24 hours to do so. You will then receive your quote via email.
How is the amount calculated?
The most important factors in calculating the payout amount are the weight and the purity of the precious metal. These values are multiplied to determine the final amount to be paid. Use our calculator now to find out the current purchase price of your valuables.

Will there be any additional fees?
EliteGold guarantees that it will not charge you any additional fees. All amounts are listed in detail and presented clearly. Owner Christian Kecel is committed to full transparency throughout the entire purchasing process.
How do I get my money transferred?
Are you satisfied with the high and attractive purchase price we have determined for you? Once you confirm, the amount will be transferred to your account immediately via bank transfer. You also have the option of receiving the payment in cash on-site.
Can I also have dental gold with dental or ceramic residues sent to me?
Yes, that is possible. EliteGold actually strongly recommends sending in dental gold along with any remaining tooth or ceramic material. This is because crowns often contain high levels of fine gold, which can command high purchase prices. EliteGold carefully separates your dental gold from any remaining ceramic and expertly determines the weight of the precious metal and its fine gold content. Based on these findings, we will prepare a personalized offer for you.
